Why are your products not 100% natural?
In baby and sensitive skincare, certain ingredients known as preservatives are required to ensure product safety, stability, and hygiene over time. Without them, natural formulations can become vulnerable to bacteria, mould, or yeast growth.
While these ingredients are not always fully naturally derived, we use carefully selected, safe and compliant alternatives to ensure the highest level of product safety and performance for delicate skin.
Are Cinnacare® products suitable for newborns?
Yes, our formulations are developed with newborn and sensitive skin in mind.
What is Cetearyl Alcohol and why is it used?
Despite the name, Cetearyl Alcohol is not a drying alcohol. It is a fatty alcohol commonly used in skincare to help stabilise formulations and improve texture. It is widely used in dermatological and naturally derived products for its safety and skin-conditioning properties.
Are Cinnacare® products vegan?
Yes, all Cinnacare® products are 100% vegan.
Are Cinnacare® products made in the UK?
Yes, all our products are manufactured in the United Kingdom. Local production helps reduce transport emissions and supports more responsible sourcing and environmental impact control.
What is the difference between fragranced and fragrance-free products?
All Cinnacare products are designed to be suitable for sensitive skin. However, some babies and individuals may react to even mild fragrances. For this reason, we aim to offer options that cater to both fragranced and more minimal-scent preferences.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is recyclable wherever possible. We are committed to reducing environmental impact and encourage responsible recycling after use.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes, we always recommend performing a patch test at least 24 hours before full use, especially for newborns and highly sensitive skin.
Can Cinnacare® be used on the face?
Yes, our products are suitable for full body use, including the face. However, we recommend patch testing first.
Can adults use Cinnacare® products?
Yes, our formulations are gentle enough for the whole family, including adults with sensitive skin.
What should I do if my baby swallows a product?
Keep all skincare products out of reach of children at all times. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical advice immediately.
Do your products contain fragrance (parfum)?
Some of our products may contain carefully selected natural fragrance ingredients used at low, skin-safe levels. We do not use any artificial fragrance. In the future, we may also introduce lightly fragranced options designed specifically for children with less sensitive skin, always developed with the same focus on safety and skin compatibility.
Do your products contain nuts or seed oils?
Some ingredients may be derived from nut or seed oils. However, production is carefully controlled and we recommend checking the full ingredient list if your child has known allergies.
Do your products contain parabens or sulphates?
No, Cinnacare products are free from parabens, sulphates, SLS, and SLES.
Are your products gluten-free?
Most of our formulations do not contain gluten-derived ingredients. If you have specific concerns, please review the full ingredient list or contact our support team.
What if my child has allergies?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all Cinnacare products are developed specifically with sensitive and delicate skin in mind.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, Cinnacare is cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
Can I use Cinnacare® during pregnancy?
Our products are generally gentle and suitable for use during pregnancy, however we recommend consulting a healthcare professional for personalised advice.
Are your ingredients ethically sourced?
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure ingredients are responsibly and ethically sourced wherever possible.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to maintain product quality.
How long do your products last?
Once opened, we recommend using the products within the period indicated on the packaging for best quality and performance.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
For security reasons, we are unable to change delivery details once an order has been placed. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout. If there is an issue, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist where we can.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to the UK, Ireland, and EU countries only. We are planning to expand to more regions in the near future, including the Middle East, with the UAE as part of our upcoming rollout. Please note that orders outside the UK may be subject to additional import charges depending on local regulations.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on toiletries, bundles, and gift sets.
In the unlikely event that your Cinnacare order is not delivered in a satisfactory condition, please contact us at contact@cinnacare.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us if you experience any issue with your order.
Do you offer refunds for retail purchases?
Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned or refunded via the original place of purchase, in accordance with their policy.
